The description of the Garden of Eden is a Heaven-like experience;  communing with God, naked and unashamed, not having to work, oneness between Adam and Eve. However, they were taken out of Paradise because of Sin.  The Gospels talk of a purgatory like place that one can pass from to Heaven.  Christ's death, the finished Word and the Dispensation of the Grace of God has eliminated the need for this staging place.  But for us Saints under Grace there are many Heavens and we are spiritually seated far above all Heavens.
